REFUND POLICY


CollegeAims (Prepgoals educational solutions pvt. ltd.) follows a refund policy that is applicable within the first week of enrolment for services, if and only if, a written request is intimated within seven calendar days of enrolment (which may include making the payment, filling the form, or both), and clear reason of refund is stated, excluding any reason which is personal, or otherwise, which would have amounted to use of services of CollegeAims as a trial. On the occasion of request for a refund, the final decision of whether a refund is to be given and the amount of refund lies fully and wholly with the management of CollegeAims. For all enrolments crossing a seven calendar days period, CollegeAims follows a strict ‘No Refund’ policy and this is hereby communicated to users to prevent misunderstanding and disputes. Before choosing our services, you are responsible for understanding that CollegeAims offers intangible and irrevocable services to its users. Thus, we do not issue any refunds under any circumstances once the user has taken our service.
